(3)-[Triggered, 1/Round]: If you spend 5(bT) Evil Points through the 2nd effect of Power of Evil, you may use the Energy Charge Maneuver as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver after concluding that Attacking Maneuver.
(4)-[Triggered, 1/Round]: If you spend 5(bT) Evil Points through the 3rd effect of Power of Evil, you may use a Healing Surge as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver.
