Genetic Power

There is nothing in this universe more feared than the unknown. Due to your artificial creation, you have become exactly that: the unknown. No one knows what unique and terrifying abilities you might exhibit, or what parts of your genetic make-up to fear the most, but one thing will always be certain: whatever path your abilities may take, you will definitely be a force to be reckoned with.

Genetic Transformation. You may access the power of Transformations that belong to your genetic make-up, incorporating them into your own power up. When you gain access to this Transformation, choose two of the races you selected through the Genetic Splicing Racial Trait and gain access to the appropriate benefit.

  • Saiyan. Gain either the Raging Power Trait or the S-Cells Trait. You may select this option an additional time to gain the option you did not choose previously. If you gain the Raging Power Trait, also gain the Bright Aura Aspect for all stages of this transformation.
  • Earthling. Gain access to the Warrior from Earth Trait.
  • Arcosian. Gain +2 Meta Traits, except Unrelenting or Furious Onslaught. You can only gain the Elongated Tail Meta Trait if you have access to a Tail Attack.
  • Namekian. Increase the amount of Life Points you regain through Healing Surges by +1d6(T).
  • Shinjin. Gain either the Restorative Light Trait or Dark Energy Trait. If you are from the Familiar Bio-Android Subrace, you must choose Restorative Light if you gained the Inner Peace trait through Genetic Focus and if you chose Kiri Drain through Genetic Focus, you must choose Dark Energy.
  • Majin. While you are above the Injured Health Threshold, increase your Strike Rolls and Wound Rolls by +1(T). If you are knocked through the Injured or Wounded Health Threshold, you may gain the Rage Combat Condition but you cannot Ki Wager more than 5(T) Ki Points on each of your Attacking Maneuvers. This counts as your once per Combat Encounter usage of the Rage Combat Condition.
  • Android. As you take damage, your body stresses your reinforcements. For each Health Threshold you are currently below, reduce your Critical Target by -1 (min. 7) for all Combat Rolls. Once per Combat Round, while you are below the Injured Health Threshold, you may use the Energy Charge Maneuver as an Instant Action.
  • Custom Species. Gain either the Improved Power Trait or +1 Monster Trait. You may select this option an additional time to gain the option you did not choose previously.

For the sake of any effects that refer to the Transformation’s name, replace them with Genetic Power.

Cellular Power. For each stack of the Perfection Manifested Power you have, gain +1 level of the Durable Form and High Speed Form Aspects. If you have two stacks of the Perfection Manifested Power, gain +1 Perfect Point at the start of each Combat Round.

Power Stressed. While you are using the Full Power Transformation as a stage of this Transformation, gain +2 levels of the Size Increasing Aspect while in the Forced Power State.

Super Genetic Power

Genetic Transformation II. When you gain access to this Transformation, choose one of the races you selected through the Genetic Splicing Racial Trait and gain access to the appropriate benefit.

  • Saiyan. Gain the Sparking Ascension Trait.
  • Arcosian. Gain the Coup de Grace Trait.
  • Namekian. At the start of each Combat Round, gain +2 stacks of Learned Fighter. When making an Attacking Maneuver, you may spend any number of Learned Fighter stacks to increase your Strike and Wound Rolls for that Attacking Maneuver by +1(T) for each one spent. When you are targeted by an Attacking Maneuver, you may spend any number of Learned Fighter stacks to increase your Dodge Rolls and Soak Value against that Attacking Maneuver by +1(T) for each one spent.

    You can only have up to 3 stacks of Learned Fighter at any time.
  • Shinjin. If you gained the Restorative Light trait from Genetic Transformation, gain the Circle of Light Trait. If you gained the Dark Energy Trait through Genetic Transformation, gain the following benefit: once per Combat Encounter, when making any type of Signature Technique, gain +2 free Energy Charges.

    You cannot select this option if you did not choose Shinjin for the Genetic Transformation trait.
  • Android. While you are in this Transformation, gain access to an option from the Specialized Features Trait.
  • Custom Species. Gain either the Power Strike Trait or +1 Monster Trait.

For the sake of any effects that refer to the Transformation’s name, replace them with Super Genetic Power.

Super Perfect Form. For each stack of the Perfection Manifested Power you have access to, increase the amount of Life and Ki Points restored by Legend Realized upon entering this Transformation by +5(T). If you have two stacks of the Perfection Manifested Power, when you use a Transformation Maneuver to enter this Transformation, you may increase your Tier of Power by +1 (see – Breakthrough) until the end of your next turn.

At the end of each Combat Round, you may spend all of your Perfect Points (min. 2) to use a Basic Attack Maneuver as an Out-of-Sequence Action. If you do, increase the Wound Roll for that Attacking Maneuver by +1(T) for each Perfect Point spent.

Surpassing Perfection. If you choose this Transformation through the Limit Break x Survivor Trait, you may treat Super Genetic Power as the third stage of this Transformation. If you do, increase your Attribute Modifier Bonuses (AG/FO/SP) by +4, and increase your Attribute Modifier Bonuses (IN) by +1, then choose one of the races you selected through the Genetic Splicing Racial Trait and gain access to the appropriate benefit. This choice is permanent and remains as your choice each time you choose to use this effect.

  • Saiyan. Gain either the: Unlimited Power Trait, the Multiplicative Technique Trait or the New Dimension Trait. If you gain the New Dimension Trait, this Transformation also gains the God Ki Aspect and if you choose the Unlimited Power Trait, you can choose to gain the Rampaging (Level 1) Aspect each time you use this effect until you leave the Transformation.
  • Earthling. Gain the Serene Combat Trait.
  • Arcosian. As an Instant Action, you may either: remove all Negative Combat Conditions affecting you or reduce the Damage Category of all attacks made against you to Standard until the start of your next turn. Each of these effects can only be used once per Combat Encounter.

    When you are targeted by a Signature Technique, if you use the Guard or Direct Hit option of the Parry Maneuver and receive 0 damage, you may immediately move up to your Flight Speed toward the attacker and then make a Basic Attack as an Out-of-Sequence Action.
  • Shinjin. If you gained the Restorative Light trait from Genetic Transformation, gain the Cosmic Flow Trait. If you gained the Dark Energy trait through Genetic Transformation, gain the Kiri Kasap Trait.
  • Namekian. Gain the Powerful Fighter Trait. You may use Powerful Fighter stacks as if they were Learned Fighter stacks for the effects of the Namekian option for the Genetic Transformation II Trait.
  • Majin. Gain the Erratic Trait.
  • Custom Species. Gain the Strongest Fighter Trait.

Genetic Power Mastery. When you gain Mastery for a stage of the Genetic Power Alternate Form, that stage gains the following benefits:

  • Further Perfection. Increase the Attribute Modifier Bonus (AG/FO/SP) of this stage of the Transformation by +2 and the Attribute Modifier Bonus (IN) by +1. Additionally, remove the Draining Aspect.
  • Natural Perfection. When you Master Genetic Power, it gains the Natural Form Aspect.
  • Pinnacle of Perfection. When you Master Super Genetic Power, it gains +1 level of the Durable Form and High Speed Form Aspects. Additionally, when you gain Mastery (if your base Tier of Power is 4+) or when you reach Tier of Power 4 after Mastering this Transformation, you may select one of your other races chosen for Genetic Splicing for the Genetic Transformation II Trait.
