Rising, Overflowing Ki: A
(1)-[Passive]: Increase your Maximum Ki Points by 2 for each Power Level reached.
(2)-[Passive]: Increase your Max Capacity by 1 for each Power Level reached.
(3)-[Passive]: Increase the Ki Point Cost of all Attacking Maneuvers by 2(T).
(4)-[Passive]: Increase the Wound Rolls of all of your Attacking Maneuvers by 3(T).
(5)-[Passive]: While your amount of Ki Points exceeds your Max Capacity, increase your Combat Rolls and Soak Value by 1(bT).
(6)-[Passive]: For all of your Healing Surges, halve your Surgency. For all of your Ki Surges, increase your Surgency by 1/2. If a Surge counts as both a Healing Surge and a Ki Surge through your effects, it is unaffected by this effect.
(7)-[1/Encounter]: If your number of Ki Points is below your Max Capacity, use a Ki Surge as an Instant Maneuver.
