(2)-[Passive]: While you possess 2+ stacks of Power, increase your Damage Reduction by 1(T).
(3)-[Passive]: Depending on your Subrace, gain one of the following effects:
- Hatred Embodiment [Triggered/Power, 1/Round]: Use the Energy Charge Maneuver as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver.
- Parasite [Triggered/Power]: Gain 1 Revenge Point.
(4)-[Triggered/Start of Turn]: If you possess 2+ stacks of Power, gain 1 Revenge Point.
(5)-[1/Encounter]: Spend 2 Revenge Points to use the Power Up Maneuver as an Instant Maneuver.
Mastery Trait
Initial Neo Power (1): Soon, the power to achieve your revenge will be at hand, and all will celebrate the day those vermin died.
(1)-[Permanent]: This Transformation loses the Exhausting and Draining Aspects.
(2)-[Passive]: Increase the amount of Revenge Points gained through the 4th effect of Tuffle Power by 1.
(3)-[Triggered, M/Encounter]: When making an Attacking Maneuver, gain a number of Revenge Points equal to your number of Power Stacks and then immediately spend them on that Attacking Maneuver.
High Neo Power (2): With the power to finally enact your vengeful mandate, you crush all who ever opposed your fallen race.
(1)-[Passive]: While you possess 2+ stacks of Power, increase the Dice Category of your Energy Charges by 1 Category.
(2)-[Passive]: The 5th effect of Tuffle Power loses the [1/Encounter] Keyword and gains the [M/Encounter] Keyword.
Maximum Neo Power (3): At the true heights of power, the only thing that remains is for you to execute your grudge and avenge your people.
(1)-[Permanent]: Neo Power gains 1 level of the Natural Aspect.
(2)-[Passive]: Increase your maximum number of Power stacks by 1.
(3)-[Passive]: Increase the amount of Revenge Points gained through the 4th effect of Tuffle Power by 1.
(4)-[Triggered, 1/Encounter]: If you use an Ultimate Signature, you may spend stacks of Power as if they were Revenge Points on that Attacking Maneuver. You do not lose any stacks of Power spent this way until after you complete the Maneuver.
