Man with a Plan: Through genius strategy and quick wit, you deftly maneuver your Allies into key positions on the battlefield.
(1)-[Passive]: Gain access to the Order Special Maneuver (detailed below).
(2)-[Passive]: Reduce your Combat Rolls and Soak Value by 1(bT).
(3)-[Passive]: Any Attacking Maneuver an Ally makes through your use of the Order Maneuver has its Strike and Wound Roll increased by 1/4 (rounded up) of your Scholarship or Personality Modifier (whichever is higher).
(4)-[Passive]: All Allies within a Large Sphere AoE (centered on you) have their Defense Value increased by 1/4 (rounded up) of your Scholarship or Personality Modifier (whichever is higher).
(5)-[Triggered]: If an Ally uses the Transformation Maneuver as a result of your Order Maneuver, increase their Stress Bonus by 2 for the duration of that Maneuver.
(6)-[Triggered, 1/Encounter]: If any Ally uses the Power Up Maneuver or Transformation Maneuver through your use of the Order Maneuver, they may enter the Superior State until the end of their turn.

–Effect: Lose 1 Action, declare a Maneuver (i.e. ‘Basic Attack Maneuver targeting Frieza!’) then target an Ally. At the start of that Ally’s turn, for each time they were targeted by the Order Maneuver, they may agree to the Order or gain a Counter Action. If they agree to the Order, they immediately undergo the Action declared as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver. If multiple Actions were declared, they can do them in any sequence.
Power Sharing: You gather energy, not for yourself, but for your comrades to use on your behalf.
(1)-[Passive]: You may treat your number of Actions spent on the Empower as if they were 1 higher for calculating its effects.
(2)-[1/Round]: When an Ally uses the Signature Technique Maneuver, you may spend 1 Action to apply an Energy Charge to that Attacking Maneuver.
(3)-[Triggered]: When an Ally uses the Power Up Maneuver, you may spend 1 Action to let them gain an additional stack of Power from that use of the Power Up Maneuver.
(4)-[Triggered, 1/Round]: If you target an Ally with a Maneuver that’s not an Attacking Maneuver, you may use the Empower Maneuver (as if you spent 1 Action) as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver.
