- Wave Stance [Passive]: Increase the Attribute Modifier Bonus (IN) of this Transformation by 1(T).

- Flame Stance [Triggered, 1/Round]: If you target an Opponent with an Attacking Maneuver, increase your Wound Rolls by 3(T) for the duration of that Attacking Maneuver. Additionally, increase the Damage Category of that Attacking Maneuver by 1 Category.
- Wind Stance [Triggered, 1/Round]: If you are targeted by an Attacking Maneuver, increase your Dodge Rolls by 2(T) for the duration of that Attacking Maneuver. Additionally, you do not gain any Diminishing Defense from that Attacking Maneuver.
- Wave Stance [Triggered, 1/Round]: If you target an Opponent with an Attacking Maneuver, increase your Strike Rolls by 2(T) for the duration of that Attacking Maneuver. Additionally, double the amount of Diminishing Defense dealt by that Attacking Maneuver.
- Stone Stance [Triggered, 1/Round]: If you are targeted by an Attacking Maneuver, increase your Soak Value by 3(T) for the duration of that Attacking Maneuver. Additionally, reduce the Damage Category of that Attacking Maneuver by 1 Category.
(5)-[Passive]: Depending on the Stance you are currently in, gain access to the following effect(s):
- Flame Stance [Passive]: Increase your Might by 1(T) for the duration of any Clash initiated by an Opponent.
- Wind Stance [1/Round]: During your turn, you may use the Movement Maneuver as an Instant Maneuver.
- Wave Stance [Passive]: Increase your Saving Throws by 1(T) for the duration of any Clash initiated by an Opponent.
- Stone Stance [1/Round]: As an Instant Maneuver, regain Life Points equal to 1/2 of your Surgency.

(2)-[Permanent]: Upon gaining this Trait, all Stances are treated as your Focused Stance.
(3)-[Passive]: The Stance Maneuver loses the [1/Round] Keyword.
(4)-[Passive]: The 2nd and 3rd effects of Blood, Sweat and Tears apply while you are below the Bruised Health Threshold, instead of the Injured Health Threshold.
