Time Control: You possess true mastery over time, allowing you to manipulate the very flow of time around your enemies.

-[Triggered, 1/Round]: When using a Signature Technique, you may spend 6(T) Ki Points to add the effects of the Time Profile to that Attacking Maneuver.
Time Profile
Time: You slow the flow of time around your opponent.

–Effect: If this Attacking Maneuver deals Damage to an Opponent, halve their Initiative Value and Agility Modifier until the start of their next turn.
The Time Profile is counted as a Physical, Energy, and Magic Attack.
Time Seal Unique Ability
Time Seal
You alter the flow of time around your enemy, slowing their perception of reality.

–Effect: Target an Opponent within your Melee Range. Make 3 Clashes (Cognitive vs Any Saving Throw of their Choice) against that Opponent. For each Clash you win, that Opponent gains a stack of the Slowed Combat Condition until the end of your next turn. If you win all three Clashes, your Opponent does not lose these stacks of the Slowed Combat Condition until the end of the Combat Encounter.
You can only use this Unique Ability once per Combat Encounter, and this Unique Ability can only be used while you are in the Time Power Transformation.
The Frozen Time: You can halt time more effectively than anyone else, allowing you to dominate your opponents while they cannot fight back.
-[Passive]: Gain an additional Action through the effects of the Time Freeze Unique Ability and increase the number of Attacking Maneuvers you may use to 2.
-[Triggered, 1/Round]: If you hit an Opponent with an Attacking Maneuver that paid its Action Cost with an Action gained through the Time Freeze Unique Ability, you may spend 6(T) Ki Points to make a Clash (Cognitive vs Impulsive/Corporeal/Cognitive) against that Opponent. If you win, they gain a stack of the Slowed Combat Condition until the end of their next turn.
Burst Limit
Time has Stopped: You instantly halt the flow of time all around you, allowing you to act as you please.
