Quiet Defender: Your observant nature and quick thinking allow you to guide Allies out of danger with your telepathic powers.
-[Passive]: If you are communicating with an Ally telepathically through the effects of the Telepathy Unique Ability, apply the Passive Bonus of the Telepathy Unique Ability even if you are not in one another’s Melee Range.
-[Triggered, 1/Encounter]: If you or an Ally is hit by an Attacking Maneuver while below the Injured Health Threshold, you (or any Ally you are currently communicating with telepathically) may use the Interevene Maneuver without spending a Counter Action.
-[Triggered, 1/Round, 2/Encounter]: If you or an Ally is targeted by an Attacking Maneuver, gain a Counter Action. You lose this Counter Action once that Attacking Maneuver is completed.
Namekian Tactics: With the training of Namek’s greatest sages, you have become a force to be reckoned with.
-[Passive]: While in a Transcendent Enhancement Power, increase your Max Capacity by 1/2.
-[Triggered/Start of Turn]: If you are in a Transcendent Enhancement Power and have no Allies, you may spend 3(bT) Ki Points to treat yourself as if you are your own Ally (for the effects of Telepathy and the Traits of Warrior of Namek) and are currently telepathically communicating with yourself until the start of your next turn.
-[Triggered, 1/Round]: If you would use an Attacking Maneuver while in an Enhancement Power and you are communicating with an Ally telepathically, they may spend up to 6(T) Ki Points. Increase your Strike and Wound Rolls by 1/2 of the amount of Ki Points they spent for the duration of that Attacking Maneuver.
