(1)-[Passive]: While it is not your turn, increase your Strike Rolls by 1(T).
(2)-[Passive]: While it is not your turn, reduce the Ki Point Cost of all of your Attacking Maneuvers by 1(T).
(3)-[Passive]: The Power Up Maneuver triggers an Exploit from you if you or one of your Allies is next to the Character who used the Power Up Maneuver.
