Man with a Plan: Through genius strategy and quick wit, you deftly maneuver your Allies into key positions on the battlefield.
-[Passive]: Gain access to the Order Special Maneuver (detailed below).
-[Passive]: Any Attacking Maneuver an Ally makes through your use of the Order Maneuver has its Strike and Wound Roll increased by 1/4 (rounded up) of your Scholarship or Personality Modifier (whichever is higher).
-[Passive]: All Allies within a Large Sphere AoE (centered on you) have their Defense Value increased by 1/4 (rounded up) of your Scholarship or Personality Modifier (whichever is higher).
-[Triggered]: If an Ally uses the Transformation Maneuver as a result of your Order Maneuver, increase their Stress Bonus by 2 for the duration of that Maneuver.
-[Triggered, 1/Encounter]: If you target an Ally with the Order Maneuver and give them 3 Actions, they enter the Superior State until the end of their turn.
Power Sharing: You gather energy, not for yourself, but for your comrades to use on your behalf.
-[1/Round]: When you use the Energy Charge Maneuver, instead of declaring an Attacking Maneuver, you can declare an Ally. If you do, when that Ally uses the Energy Charge Maneuver, you may use the Cancel Energy Charge option of the No Effort Maneuver as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver. If you do, instead of losing those Energy Charges, your declared Ally gains those Energy Charges.
-[Triggered, 1/Round]: If you target an Ally with a Maneuver that’s not an Attacking Maneuver, you may use the Empower Maneuver (as if you spent 2 Actions) as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver.

–Effect: Lose any number of Actions you possess, then select Allies to gain those Actions you lost at the start of their next turn. You can either give all of those lost Actions to a single Ally, or divide them among multiple. Regardless, Allies who gained those Actions must either use those Actions for Maneuvers that you have declared when using this Maneuver (i.e. ‘Basic Attack Maneuver targeting Frieza!’) or trade these Actions for Counter Actions. If your declared Maneuvers must target through their effects, you choose their targets.
A target can only gain Actions from one Character at a time through use of the Order Maneuver.
