Lingering Power (Mind): Drawing on the strength remaining deep in your soul from your past life, you have greater strength than others of your race.
(1)-[Ruling]: Upon gaining the Reincarnated Factor, you must select a Character that is deceased (with the permission of your ARC) to be your ‘Past Life’. Your ‘Past Life’ no longer exists as an independent Character.
(2)-[Passive]: Gain a Skill Rank in the Skill with the highest number of Skill Ranks among your Past Life’s Skills (if it’s a tie, you decide).
(3)-[Passive]: Increase the Attribute Score of the Attribute that your Past Life had the highest Attribute Score in by 2 (if it’s a tie, you decide).
(4)-[Passive]: Gain a Talent that your Past Life possessed and you meet the Prerequisites for.
(5)-[Triggered/Power, 1/Encounter]: Increase your Combat Rolls by 2(bT), using your Past Life’s base Tier of Power to calculate the bonus, until the end of your next turn.
