Serene Heart: Your mind is crystal clear, and doesn’t interfere with the movement of your body.
(1)-[Passive]: Ignore all Health Threshold Penalties while in the Zen or Tranquil levels of the Mindful State.
(2)-[Passive]: Increase your Strike and Dodge Rolls by 1(T) while you are not suffering from any Health Threshold Penalties.
(3)-[Automatic]: If you are hit and take Damage from an Attacking Maneuver, return to the Calm level of the Mindful State – exiting any higher levels.
(4)-[Triggered/Start of Turn]: If you have not taken Damage from an Attacking Maneuver since the end of your last turn, enter the next level of the Mindful State.
(5)-[Triggered, 1/Encounter]: If you are targeted by an Attacking Maneuver while below the Injured Health Threshold, and the attacking Character is not in the Determined State, you may automatically succeed at your Dodge Roll for that Attacking Maneuver.
Calm Counter: Thanks to muscle memory, your body uses your martial arts techniques on its own, allowing you to effortlessly move with unmatched grace.
(1)-[Passive]: Increase the Natural Result of your Strike and Dodge Rolls by 1 if it is not your turn.
(2)-[Passive]: While in the Tranquil level of the Mindful State, you automatically win all Clashes initiated by another character that uses your Cognitive or Morale Saving Throw.
(3)-[Passive]: Increase your Strike and Dodge Rolls by 1(T) for the duration of any Attacking Maneuver made through the Exploit Maneuver that targets you.
(4)-[Triggered]: If you spend a Counter Action, regain 2(bT) Ki Points.
(5)-[Triggered/Transform, Triggered/Start of Combat Round]: Gain 1 Counter Action.

Deep Breath: With serenity and peace in your heart, you bar emotion from controlling you, allowing you to take the necessary actions to survive and win.
(1)-[Triggered/Transform]: Use Combat Recovery as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver as if you spent 3 Actions. If you are not hit by an Attacking Maneuver made through the Exploit Maneuver in response to this use of Combat Recovery, enter the Tranquil level of the Mindful State until the end of your next turn.

Self-Mastery: Your absolute calm increases your speed and accuracy, giving you unparalleled fluidity in combat.

(3)-[Triggered, 1/Round]: If you use the Combat Recovery Maneuver and are not hit by an Attacking Maneuver made through the Exploit Maneuver in response to that Maneuver, enter the next level of the Mindful State.
