Forcing an Opening: You manipulate your foes’ movements, ensuring they react in accordance with your plans. When they inevitably fall into your trap, you strike.
(1)-[Triggered/Start of Combat Round, Ruling]: Target an Opponent. That Opponent becomes ‘Locked’ until the end of the Combat Round.
(2)-[Passive]: Any Maneuver made by a Locked Opponent triggers your Exploit Maneuver if that Opponent is within your Melee Range.
(3)-[Passive]: If a Locked Opponent would initiate movement through their own effects or Maneuvers while within your Melee Range, halve the amount of Squares they can move through that effect or Maneuver.
(4)-[Triggered]: If a Locked Opponent triggers your Exploit Maneuver, and you choose not to use the Exploit Maneuver in response to the triggering Maneuver, regain 2(bT) Ki Points.
(5)-[Triggered, 1/Encounter]: If you regain Ki Points through the fourth effect of Forcing an Opening, you may use the Power Up or Transformation Maneuver as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver.
