Chou Henshin!: Transforming yourself into an even greater form, you’ve become the ultimate Kamen Rider.
-[Permanent]: This Transformation is considered the ‘Kamen Rider’ Transformation and part of the Mode Change Transformation Line.
-[Permanent]: Your choice for the Rider Gear Apparel Quality for this Transformation’s Battle Uniform must be the same as that of your choice for the Kamen Rider Transformation. If you had chosen the Advent effect, do not create a new Minion, but increase the Damage Reduction and Combat Rolls for that Minion by 2(T) while you are in this Transformation.
-[Passive]: You gain access to the Hype Maneuver and may use your Personality Modifier instead of your Personality Score for its effects.
-[Passive]: You may use your Personality Score instead of your Force or Magic Score to calculate your maximum number of Energy Charges.
-[Passive]: While you possess 2+ stacks of Power, increase your Damage Reduction by 1(T).
-[Triggered/Transform, 1/Encounter]: Use the Hype Maneuver as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver. If you do, maximize your stacks of Power until the end of your next turn.
Maximum Rider Power!: Your suit’s power is pushed to its limits, granting you unparalleled might.
-[Permanent]: This Transformation gains the Rider System! Trait, choosing the same Options selected in Kamen Rider (you do not recreate your Rider Machine).
-[Permanent, Option]: Upon gaining access to this Transformation, select and gain access to one of the following effects:
- Charge Up [Passive]: Increase your maximum amount of Power stacks and the amount gained from the Power Up Maneuver by 1.
- Power Build [Permanent, Passive]: This Transformation gains the Bulky Aspect and you ignore the penalties from 1 Super Stack while in this Transformation.
- Path of Heaven [Permanent, Passive]: This Transformation gains the Perfect Ki Control Aspect and you increase your Defense Value and the Dice Score of your Strike Rolls made through the Parry effect of the Defend Maneuver by 1(T).
- True Final Form [Passive]: Select an Attribute. While in the Full Power State, increase the Attribute Modifier Bonus (FO/MA/your selected Attribute) of this Transformation by 1(T).
- Trial Form [Permanent, Passive]: Upon selecting this effect, select and gain access to an additional Option effect from the 4th effect of Rider System! while in this Transformation (you cannot select Anniversary Rider). This effect does not count for the 4th effect of Maximum Rider Power!
-[Choice]: Depending on your choice for the 4th effect of Rider System! apply the following effect:
- Classic Technique [Passive]: You may use the Signature Technique Maneuver any number of times during each Combat Round. For each stack of Power you possess, increase the Wound Rolls of your Signature Techniques by 1(T).
- Classic Power [Passive]: While you have 2+ stacks of Power, increase your Might and Wound Rolls by 1(T) and 2(T) respectively.
- Sky Rider [Triggered, 1/Round]: If you enter the Sky Environment, you may use a Standard Maneuver with an Action Cost of 2 or less as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver.
- J’s Power [Passive]: While your Size Category is Gigantic, increase your Damage Reduction by 2(T).
- Monstrous Rider [Triggered/Transform, Triggered/Start of Turn]: Regain 5(bT) Life and Ki Points.
- Metamorphing Rider [Passive]: The effects of your Forms do not decrease the Attribute Modifier Bonus for this Transformation, and increase the bonus to this Transformation’s Attribute Modifier Bonus from Mighty Form by 1(T).
- Card Rider [Triggered, Ruling 1/Encounter]: If you use the Signature Technique Maneuver to use a Signature Technique with the Restricted Transformation (Mode Change) Disadvantage, you may ‘Burn’ up to 5 cards. Burnt cards cannot be drawn during this Combat Encounter. For each card burnt, apply an Energy Charge to that Attacking Maneuver.
- High-Speed Rider [Triggered/Clock Up, 1/Encounter]: Gain 3 Actions to spend during this Combat Round.
- Musical Rider [Passive]: Increase your Soak Value and Wound Rolls by 1(T) for every 2 Skill Ranks you have in the Performance Skill. The 5th Skill Rank in the Performance Skill is counted as 2 Skill Ranks for this effect. Additionally, increase the Dice Score of your Performance Skill by 1 for each stack of Power you possess.
- Anniversary Rider [Triggered/Start of Turn]: Spend 5(bT) Ki Points to create a Duplicate Minion with 2 stacks of Power that is destroyed at the end of this turn. This Minion is in a Tribute Form of your choice and will use the United Attack Maneuver without spending a Counter Action in response to any of your Attacking Maneuvers.
Final Attack Ride!: In this strongest of forms, you possess an even stronger finishing technique that can topple even the strongest enemy general.
-[Permanent]: This Transformation gains the Rider Finish! Trait. You do not create a new Signature Technique through the first effect of the Rider Finish! Trait.
-[Permanent]: Create and gain access to an Ultimate Signature Technique with a total TP Cost of 50 or less (you do not spend any Technique Points) and the Restricted Transformation (Mode Change) Disadvantage.
-[Passive]: Attacking Maneuvers with a Ki Wager of 5(bT) or less are treated as if they didn’t have a Ki Wager for the effects of Rider Finish!
-[Triggered, 1/Round]: If you use the Power Up Maneuver, gain a stack of Rider Charge.
Mastery Trait
Climax Form!: By utilizing your Final Form repeatedly, you’ve learned to manage its drawbacks, wearing your new suit as easily as your old one.
-[Permanent]: Final Form Rider loses the Long Transformation Aspect and gains the Scaling (LV2) Aspect.
-[Passive]: Increase the Dice Score of your Legend Realized by 1d10(T) for every Health Threshold you are below when entering this Transformation.
-[Triggered/Power, 1/Round]: If you are in the Full Power State, you may use the Hype Maneuver as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver.
-[Passive]: Your maximum number of Rider Charge stacks is increased to 15.

Combat Ready: This set of clothing gives you such wonderful freedom of movement, it’s like you’re wearing nothing at all.
–Effects: Increase all of your Combat Rolls by 1/2 (rounded up) of the Apparel Bonus.
Mask Break: Damage does not stop a rider.
–Effects: If you are knocked through the Injured or Critical Health Threshold and fail the Steadfast Check, you can destroy your Helmet Accessory. If you do, you instead automatically succeed at that Steadfast Check.
Rider Gear: The many different riders require different gear built into their suits.
–Effects: Upon gaining access to the Kamen Rider Transformation, select one of these effects to apply while you are in that Transformation (some of these effects can only be chosen if you chose a certain effect for the 4th effect of Rider System, which are depicted in brackets after the name):
- Karate Bugman [Passive]: Reduce the Ki Point Cost of your Signature Techniques with the Restricted Transformation (Mode Change) Disadvantage by the Apparel Bonus.
- Variable Rider [Passive]: Gain access to the effect you did not choose for the third effect of Rider System!
- Mystic Connection [Constant, 1/Encounter]: While you are not in a Transformation, if you hit an Opponent with a Physical Attacking Maneuver that does not possess a Ki Wager, you may use the Transformation Maneuver to enter Kamen Rider as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver, ignoring the Long Transformation Aspect. If you do, that Attacking Maneuver has its Damage Category increased by 1 Category.
- Heavy Armor [Passive]: Increase your Damage Reduction by your Apparel Bonus but ignore all effects of Kamen Rider’s Transformation Traits except those with the Passive keyword (including all effects granted by Option effects) and you cannot use the Signature Technique Maneuver. As a Standard Maneuver with an Action Cost of 1, you may stop applying the effects of Heavy Armor until you leave this Transformation. If you do, make a Clash (Impulsive) against all Opponents within a Huge Sphere AoE (centered on you). If you win, reduce that Opponent’s Life Points by your Apparel Bonus.
- Advent [Permanent, Ruling, 1/Encounter]: Upon gaining access to this effect, create a Minion of the Animal Minion Race. This is known as your ‘Contract Monster’. By spending 1 Action during your turn, you can summon that Minion to the Battlefield until the end of the Combat Encounter. Your Contract Monster is a Special Minion that has double its typical Maximum Life Points and ignores the Weakness, Single Attack, Thresholds, and Ki Points & Capacity rules for Minions. If your Contract Monster dies, you lose access to the Rider System! Transformation Trait until you gain a new Contract Monster (your ARC decides how you can gain a new Contract Monster).
- J’s Martial Arts (J’s Power) [Passive]: While this Transformation has the Growth Aspect, treat your Size Category as if it was 1 category smaller when calculating your penalty to Defense Value and for the effects of Punching Up.
- Point Gain (Card Rider) [Triggered]: Each time you draw a card, regain Ki Points equal to twice the Apparel Bonus.
- Reverberating Beats (Musical Rider) [Triggered]: If you won the Clash initiated by the effects of Musical Rider, reduce the Life Points of the loser of the Clash by your Apparel Bonus.
- Power of Many (Anniversary Rider) [Passive]: While you are not using a Tribute Form and are in the Healthy Health Threshold, increase your Combat Rolls and Soak Value by 1/2 (rounded up) of the Apparel Bonus.
Legendary Trait
Even if there is no God or Buddha, there is Kamen Rider: When ordinary citizens pray for help, you are the one who answers.
-[Triggered/Defeated]: Roll a 1d10. If you score a result of 8 or higher, set your Life Points to 1/4 of your Maximum Life Points. If all of your Allies are Defeated, increase your Dice Score for this roll by 4. Then, you may use the Hype Maneuver, Power Up Maneuver, Transformation Maneuver, or Signature Technique Maneuver as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver.
Exceed Trait
Extra Final Form: The forces of evil know no limits to their darkness, and so, reaching deep inside you, you’ve summoned even more strength to overwhelm the enemy.
-[Passive]: Your maximum amount of Rider Charge is increased by 5 and you double the amount of Rider Charge you gain from effects.
-[Passive]: Reduce all Damage you take by 1/4 (rounded up) while you are benefiting from the Hype Maneuver.
-[Passive]: Your Apparel gained from Battle Uniform gains the Divine Apparel and Enchanted Special Apparel Qualities.
-[Passive]: Apply the following effect depending on which effect of the 4th effect of Maximum Rider Power! you are benefitting from:
- Classic Technique [Triggered, 1/Encounter]: If you use the Hype Maneuver or Power Up Maneuver, you may maximize your amount of Rider Charge and then use the Signature Technique Maneuver as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver. If you do, that Signature Technique Maneuver must possess the Restricted Transformation (Mode Change) Disadvantage.
- Classic Power [Triggered/Exceed]: Maximize your stacks of Power until the end of your next turn. When you lose these stacks of Power, you may use the Power Up Maneuver as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver.
- Sky Rider [Passive]: Every Battle Environment is considered the Sky Environment for your effects. Additionally, the Movement Maneuver is also considered the Soar Maneuver for all of your effects.
- J’s Power [Passive]: Increase the Dice Category of the Extra Dice you gained from Punching Down by 1 Category for every stack of Power you possess. All Opponents are considered to be 2 Size Categories smaller than you for the effects of Punching Down.
- Monstrous Rider [Permanent, Passive]: Select and gain access to a Monster Trait of your choice while in the Exceed State.
- Metamorphing Rider [Passive]: You are in all of your Forms while in the Exceed State.
- Card Rider [Passive]: For each Drawn or Burnt card you possess, increase your Wound Rolls by 1(T).
- High-Speed Rider [Triggered/Exceed, 1/Encounter]: If you have not entered the Clock Up State this Combat Encounter, you may declare that you will not enter the Clock Up State while in the Exceed State. If you do, you cannot enter the Clock Up State for the remainder of the Combat Encounter, but for the first Ultimate Signature Technique Maneuver you use after triggering this effect, you enter the Egotistical State for the duration of that Attacking Maneuver.
- Musical Rider [Triggered/Exceed, Triggered/Start of Turn]: Make a Clash (Performance vs Intuition/Performance) against all Opponents within a Destructive AoE of your choice (the target Square must be on a Square you occupy). If you win, any losing Opponent is knocked Prone and suffers from 2 stacks of the Broken Combat Condition until the start of your next turn.
- Anniversary Rider [Triggered/Exceed]: Leave any Tribute Forms you are in. Also, until you leave the Exceed State, ignore the effects of any other effect named ‘Anniversary Rider’. While in the Exceed State, you instead have access to the Signature Techniques and all Weapons (as if they were on your person) of all of your Tribute Forms, and you have access to all of their Option effects for the 4th effect of Rider System! and the respective Choice effects from the 4th effect of Maximum Rider Power! You do not possess their listed effects gained from Extra Final Form, however.
