
Exceed is a mechanic that allows Transformations to exceed their limits and reach a newfound level of power unique to their user. Fundamentally, it is an additional level of Mastery applied to a fully Mastered Legendary Form. While your Tier of Power is 6+, your ARC may allow you to turn a fully Mastered Legendary Form into a Limit Shattering Transformation. You cannot select a Legendary Form with the Peaked Aspect.
A Limit Shattering Transformation is not fundamentally any different to any other Transformation, except that it lets you use the Exceed Maneuver while in that Transformation.
You can only possess a single Limit Shattering Transformation.
Shatter your Limits. Upon using the Exceed Maneuver for the first time ever on a Limit Shattering Transformation, that Transformation gains the benefits of New Level of Power.
Beyond Full Power. The Exceed Special State functions identically to a Greater State for the Full Power State. You must be in the Full Power State to use the Exceed Maneuver.
Exceeding the LImit. Upon your Transformation becoming a Limit Shattering Transformation, select an Exceed Trait for that Transformation. Each Transformation that can become a Limit Shattering Transformation has at least one listed Exceed Trait for that Transformation, but you may select one of the generic Exceed Traits listed below instead of the ones listed for that Transformation.

Exceed Maneuver: You exceed your maximum power and surpass all limitations to become an ultimate warrior.

–Effect: Make a Stress Test, but increase the Stress Test Requirement by 4. If you succeed, enter the Exceed Special State until you leave your Limit Shattering Transformation.
Exceed Special State
-[Passive]: Increase the Attribute Modifier Bonus (AG/TE/FO/MA) of your Limit Shattering Transformation by 1(T).
-[Passive]: Your Limit Shattering Transformation gains 1 level of the Draining Aspect and has its Stress Test Requirement increased by 4.
-[Passive]: Your Limit Shattering Transformation gains access to its selected Exceed Trait.
-[1/Round]: As an Instant Maneuver, leave this State.
-[Triggered/Exceed]: Trigger Legend Realized as if you entered a new Transformation.
-[Automatic]: If you leave this State, you suffer from the Stress Exhaustion Combat Condition and gain 2 stacks of the Fatigued Combat Condition until the end of your next turn.
Exceed Traits
Below is a list of Exceed Traits that are available to select for all Limit Shattering Transformations. Some Exceed Traits have specific Prerequisites required to gain them, which are detailed by effects with the Prerequisite Keyword.
Promised Power: Your muscles expand to contain the newfound power you’ve attained.

-[Passive]: While in this Transformation, ignore the penalties of 1 stack of Super Stack.
-[Passive]: Increase your Tier of Power Extra Dice and Super Stack Extra Dice by 1 and 2 Dice Categories respectively.
-[1/Round]: You may use the Power Flare option of the Defend Maneuver without spending a Counter Action.
-[Triggered, 1/Round]: If you hit an Opponent with a Signature Technique, you may apply your Super Stack Extra Dice an additional time to that Attacking Maneuver.
Powered by Fury: Driven by pure, intense rage, you become an unstoppable force of nature.
-[Passive]: This Transformation gains the Raging (LV3) Aspect.
-[Passive]: Reduce the Stress Test Requirement of the Enraged Enhancement Power by 2.
-[Triggered/Exceed]: Enter the Raging State until you leave this Transformation, OR use the Transformation Maneuver to enter the Enraged Enhancement Power as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver.

-[Triggered/Power, 1/Encounter]: Enter the Furious State until the end of your turn.
Clear Heart: Clearing your mind of all thought, you move on pure instinct, striking and dodging with grace and poise.

-[Passive]: Reduce the Stress Test Requirement of the Mushin Enhancement Power by 2.
-[Triggered/Exceed]: Enter the Mindful State until you leave this Transformation, OR use the Transformation Maneuver to enter the Mushin Enhancement Power as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver.

-[Triggered, 1/Encounter]: If you are targeted by an Attacking Maneuver, you may spend 1 Counter Action to enter the Instinctual State until the start of your next turn.
Awoken Divinity: You have ascended beyond the mortal nature of your kind and attained divinity.
-[Prerequisite]: This Transformation lacks the God Ki Aspect and you do not possess access to the God Ki Special State.
-[Passive]: This Transformation gains the God Ki Aspect.
-[Permanent, Passive]: Upon gaining access to this Exceed Trait, you may select 3 God Maneuvers. You gain access to those God Maneuvers while you are in the Exceed State.
-[Triggered/Power]: You may convert up to 10(bT) Ki Points into an equal amount of Divine Ki Points.
-[Triggered, 1/Round]: If you hit an Opponent with an Attacking Maneuver that had its Ki Point Cost paid for with Divine Ki Points, increase the Damage Category of that Attacking Maneuver by 1 Category.
Break the Limiter: You have overcome the ceiling to your power and obtained unrivaled might.
-[Passive]: While you possess 2+ stacks of Power, this Transformation possesses the Armored Aspect.
-[1/Round]: You may use the Power Up Maneuver as an Instant Maneuver.
-[1/Round]: If you possess 2+ stacks of Power, as an Instant Maneuver, you may increase your Tier of Power by 1 (see — Breakthrough) until the end of your turn.
-[Triggered/Threshold]: Set your stacks of Power to 3 until the end of your next turn.
Irreparable Beatdown: You chip away at your enemies’ defenses with every blow you land.
-[Passive]: If an Opponent’s Soak Value is 0, apply your Might to the Wound Roll
-[Triggered]: If you hit an Opponent with an Attacking Maneuver made through the Basic Attack Maneuver, reduce that Opponent’s Soak Value by 3(T) until the end of your turn.

-[Passive]: While this Transformation is used in conjunction with an Enhancement Power with a Tier of Power Requirement of 6+, increase your Tier of Power Extra Dice by 1 Dice Category.
-[Permanent, Passive]: When you gain access to this Exceed Trait, select either Autonomous Ultra Instinct or Power of Destruction. While in the Exceed State, you gain access to your chosen Transformation and can ignore its Prerequisites.
-[Triggered/Exceed]: Use the Transformation Maneuver to enter Autonomous Ultra Instinct or Power of Destruction as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver.
Time Power Unleashed: You tap into untold power by messing with the flow of time to achieve inconceivable strength.
-[Prerequisite]: You have access to the Time Power Enhancement Power.
-[Passive]: Any Attacking Maneuver made with an Action gained through the effects of Time Freeze has its Strike and Wound Rolls increased by 1(T) and 2(T) respectively.
-[Passive]: Increase your Initiative Value by 2(T).
-[1/Round]: You may target an Ally within a Large Sphere AoE (centered on you) as an Instant Maneuver. You may transfer up to 2 of your Actions to that Ally.
-[1/Encounter]: You may target a Character within a Large Sphere AoE (centered on you) as an Instant Maneuver. Make a Clash (Cognitive vs Any Saving Throw of their choice). If you win, transfer 2 of that target’s Actions to you.
-[Triggered/Start of Combat Round]: You may change your Initiative to any value (this does not change your Initiative Value).
-[Triggered/Start of Combat Round, 3/Encounter]: Make a Clash (Cognitive vs Any Saving Throw of their choice) against all Characters in the Combat Encounter. You may swap the Initiative Order of any Characters that lost the Clash (this does not modify their Initiative Value) for the duration of this Combat Round.
Life-Risking Transformation: You can expend your own life force to achieve an even greater power.
-[Passive]: You may spend your Life Points instead of your Ki Points for the Ki Point Cost of any Maneuver.
-[Passive]: For each Health Threshold you are below, increase your Tier of Power Extra Dice by 1 Dice Category and your Might by 1(T).
-[Triggered]: When you make an Attacking Maneuver, reduce your Life Points by any amount up to your Might to increase your Wound Roll for that Attacking Maneuver by an equal amount.
-[Triggered/Power, 1/Round]: Spend up to 9(bT) of your Life Points. For every 3(bT) spent, gain one of the following effects (you can only select each effect once):
- Gain an additional stack of Power from this instance of the Power Up Maneuver.
- Enter the Superior State until the end of your turn.
- Increase your Force and/or Magic Attribute Modifier(s) by 1/2 until the end of your turn.
Power of a Demon God: Imbued with the demonic might of the dark gods, you smite your enemies with unholy vengeance.
-[Passive]: While in the Exceed State, this Transformation gains the God Ki Aspect (if it did not already possess it) and you possess the Demonic Advantage Trait. If you already possess the Demonic Advantage Trait, double the bonus to your Wound Rolls from the second effect of Demonic Advantage.
-[Passive]: While in the Exceed State, this Transformation possesses the Demonic Branding Trait.
-[Triggered/Exceed, Triggered/Power, 1/Round]: Make a Might Clash against all Opponents within a Large Sphere AoE (centered on you). If you win against an Opponent, that Opponent suffers from the Impediment Combat Condition until the end of your next turn.
Enhanced Style: You have become particularly attached to a specific fighting style, and your expertise in that skill is unprecedented.
-[Prerequisite]: Access to an Enhancement Power that lacks the Transcendent Aspect.
-[Ruling]: Upon gaining access to this Exceed Trait, select an Enhancement Power that lacks the Transcendent Aspect. That Enhancement Power becomes your “Preferred Style”.
-[Passive]: While in your Preferred Style, increase your Tier of Power Extra Dice and Greater Dice by 1 Dice Category.
-[Triggered]: If you use the Transformation Maneuver to attempt to enter your Preferred Style or if you enter the Exceed State while in your Preferred Style, you may choose to reduce the Stress Test Requirement for your Preferred Style to 0 until you leave your Preferred Style. If you do, you do not benefit from your Preferred Style’s Attribute Modifier Bonuses while in that Transformation.
-[Triggered/Exceed]: Use the Transformation Maneuver to enter your Preferred Style as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver.
