(2)-[Passive]: Your Life Points can exceed your Maximum Life Points by an amount equal to 1/2 of your Maximum Life Points.
(3)-[Triggered/Threshold]: Use a Healing Surge as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver.
(4)-[Triggered/Start of Combat Encounter]: Use a Healing Surge as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver.
Violent Mental State (Mind): Savage and nearly feral, Creatures are prone to instinctual or emotional decisions instead of rational ones.
(1)-[Passive]: Increase your Wound Rolls by 2(T) while in the Raging, Surging, or Feral State.
(2)-[Triggered/Start of Turn, 1/Encounter]: If you are below the Injured Health Threshold, enter the Surging State until the end of your next turn.
(3)-[Triggered/Power, 1/Encounter]: Enter the Feral State until the end of the Combat Encounter.
Secondary Racial Traits
Weaponized Vitality (Body): As these savage beasts take damage, their adrenaline surges, making them even stronger.
