Revolving Gaze: The spinning wheel in your crimson irises grants more than simple visual acuity; it significantly enhances the might of your emotions as well.
-[Passive]: Increase your Tier of Power Extra Dice by G Dice Categories.
-[Passive]: While in the Superior State, apply the Attribute Modifier Bonus from Copy Eye’s Grade to the Force and Magic Attributes as well.

-[Choice]: Depending on the effect you chose for the Option effect of Power of Emotion, gain the following effects:
- Depth of Hatred [Passive]: While in the Surging State, increase your Wound Rolls by G(T).
- Depth of Fury [Passive]: While in the Raging State, increase your Strike Rolls by 1/2 (rounded up) of G(T).
- Depth of Determination [Passive]: While in the Undying State, increase your Soak Value and Defense Value by 1/2 (rounded up) of G(T).
-[Graded, Resource]: Copy Eye has 3 Grades. Each Copy Eye Grade:
- Each Grade after the first increases the Stress Test Requirement by 2.
- Sets the AMB (Attribute Modifier Bonus) of Copy Eye for the listed Attributes to the amount listed on the Grades table.
- Has a certain amount of stacks of Depth of Emotion that allow access to it. If your number of Depth of Emotion stacks does not match the number listed on the Grades table under ‘Depth of Emotion Stacks’, you do not have access to that Grade of Copy Eye.

Eye of Insight: Manifesting the ability to see the very flow of energy itself, not to mention superhuman perception, you are able to effortlessly keep track of both your opponents’ movement and their techniques.
-[Passive]: You cannot gain the Oblivious Combat Condition through the first effect of the Invisible State.
-[Passive]: You do not suffer from Limited Sight or No Sight (except through the Blinded Combat Condition).
-[Passive]: Increase the Dice Score of your Perception Skill Checks by 1d4. Additionally, you may use your Perception Skill Bonus for any Clairvoyance Skill Checks.
-[1/Round]: As an Instant Maneuver, you may target an Opponent you are not Oblivious of. Make a Skill Check (Perception vs Concealment). If you win, the ARC must declare how many Ki Points that Opponent currently has.
-[Triggered, 1/Round]: If a Character you are not Oblivious of uses a Signature Technique, you may spend 1 stack of Revolving Eye to either:
- Immediately gain access to that Signature Technique until the end of the Combat Encounter.
- Spend the TP Cost for that Signature Technique to permanently gain access to it.
-[Triggered, 1/Round]: If a Character you are not Oblivious of uses a Unique Ability you meet the prerequisites for, you may spend 1 stack of Revolving Eye to either:
- Immediately gain access to that Unique Ability until the end of the Combat Encounter.
- Spend the TP Cost for that Unique Ability to permanently gain access to it.
Eye of Hypnotism: Calling upon the power of your mystical gaze, you thrust your opponents under the hold of a deep, mystifying hypnotism; using the power of suggestion, you can even redirect your foes’ aggression against each other.
-[Passive]: Your Defense Value is not reduced while in an Illusionary Space (see — Illusion). Additionally, you cannot gain the Oblivious Combat Condition through the effects of Combat Illusion.
-[1/Round]: You may spend 1 Action and 1 stack of Revolving Eye to target an Opponent you are not Oblivious of. Make a Clash (Perception vs Intuition/Clairvoyance/Use Magic) against that Opponent. If you win, you may apply one of the following effects:
- You may learn any piece of information they know that you are searching for. The amount of information you gain is limited by your ARC; some information may be repressed or Characters may have some unnatural resistance against this ability.
- That Opponent gains the Impediment Combat Condition until the end of their next turn.
- That Opponent gains the Shaken Combat Condition until the end of your next turn.
- That Opponent is Defeated. This effect can only be applied to Minions (except a Special Minion) or any Opponent whose base Tier of Power is 2 or more lower than your base Tier of Power.
- That Opponent does not consider you or your Allies as Opponents anymore, and instead considers your Opponents as their Opponents. You must make a Clash (Cognitive vs Cognitive/Morale) against that Opponent at the start of each of their turns. If you win, nothing happens. If you lose, this effect stops applying to that Opponent. This effect will also stop applying to that Opponent if they receive Damage or a Combat Condition from an Attacking Maneuver or any effect from you or your Allies.
-[Triggered, 1/Round]: If an Ally loses a Clash in which they used their Cognitive or Morale Save for the effects of an Opponent’s Trait or Unique Ability, you may spend 1 Revolving Eye to repeat the Clash, but you roll in place of your Ally (using which of your Cognitive or Morale Save is required for the Clash). Treat it as if your Ally had your result (win or lose) for that Clash.
