(1)-[Passive]: While you have at least 1 stack of Holding Back, increase your Damage Reduction by 1(bT) and your Surgency by 2(bT).
(2)-[Passive]: While you have no stacks of Holding Back and are below the Injured Health Threshold, increase your Combat Rolls by 1(T).
(3)-[Triggered/Injured]: You may remove all of your Holding Back stacks. If you remove at least 1 stack of Holding Back through this effect, you cannot fail a Stress Test until the end of your next turn.
(4)-[Triggered/Start of Turn]: If you have any stacks of Holding Back, regain 2(bT) Ki Points.
(5)-[Triggered/Power, 1/Encounter]: If you have no stacks of Holding Back, gain an additional stack of Power from this use of the Power Up Maneuver.
