Talent for the Flash: You have a knack for landing a Black Flash, landing them far easier and more consistently than most.
-[Permanent]: You cannot enter this Transformation unless you have triggered the first effect of 120% of your Potential.
-[Constant, Resource]: Each time you trigger a Black Flash, gain a stack of Cursed Flash.
-[Constant, 1/Encounter]: If you trigger the first effect of Black Flash! for the third time in a Combat Encounter, you may use the Transformation Maneuver to enter this Transformation as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver.
-[Triggered]: If you hit an Opponent with a Physical Attacking Maneuver, you may spend a stack of Cursed Flash to increase the Natural Result of the Wound Roll by 2 and increase your Greater Dice by 1 Dice Category for the duration of that Attacking Maneuver.
-[Triggered]: If you did not take Damage from an Opponent’s Attacking Maneuver that targeted you within your Melee Range, you may spend a stack of Cursed Flash to use the Basic Attack Maneuver as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver. If you do, that Attacking Maneuver must be a Physical Attack.

Beyond 120%: Because of your propensity for igniting your attacks in a shower of black sparks, you’re able to utilize them to the fullest, empowering your attacks even further still.
-[Passive]: Increase the Wound Rolls of your Physical Attacking Maneuvers by 1(T). Double this bonus if the Attacking Maneuver is a Black Flash.
-[Passive]: For every 2 stacks of Cursed Flash you possess, increase your Greater Dice by 1 Dice Category.
-[Triggered, 1/Round]: If you hit an Opponent with a Physical Attacking Maneuver, you may spend 2 stacks of Power to make that Attacking Maneuver a Black Flash regardless of the Natural Result of the Wound Roll. You do not lose the stacks of Power until you complete that Attacking Maneuver.
