True Power Unleashed: By releasing your suppressed power, you are able to surpass all expectations and overcome any obstacle placed in front of you.
-[Constant]: If you lose all stacks of Holding Back, you may use the Transformation Maneuver as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver to enter All-Out Form.
-[Permanent]: This Transformation’s Racial Requirement is also considered to be your Race for the sake of any effects.
-[Triggered, Resource]: If you would gain a stack of Power, you may choose to instead gain a stack of Focused Power (max. 4). For every 2 stacks of Focused Power, increase your Combat Rolls and your Might by 1(T).
-[Triggered, 1/Round]: If you gain a stack of Focused Power, regain Capacity equal to 1/4 (rounded up) of your Max Capacity and increase your Combat Rolls by 1(T) until the end of your turn.
-[Triggered, 1/Round]: If you use the Energy Charge Maneuver, you may spend a stack of Focused Power to gain an additional Energy Charge from that Maneuver. This additional Energy Charge counts towards the required amount of Energy Charges necessary for the Mandatory Charge Disadvantage.
-[Triggered/Transform, 1/Encounter]: You may use the Power Up Maneuver as an Out-of-Sequence Maneuver. If you do, make a Might Clash against all of your Opponents. If you win, they suffer from the Impediment Combat Condition until the end of your turn.
Percentage of Power: You measure how strong your enemies are by how much or how little of your power you need to use in order to defeat them.
-[Passive]: You cannot gain Holding Back stacks.
-[Passive]: Reduce the levels of the Draining Aspect you are suffering from by the number of Holding Back stacks you possess.
-[Passive]: For every stack of Holding Back you possess, reduce the Ki Point Cost of your Attacking Maneuvers by 1(T) (max. 2(T)).
-[Triggered, 1/Round]: If you would remove any number of Holding Back stacks, regain 5(T) Life Points for every stack of Holding Back removed.
-[Triggered, 1/Encounter]: If you would reduce your number of Holding Back stacks to 0, you may trigger the 6th effect of True Power Unleashed (even if it has already triggered this Combat Encounter).
-[Triggered/Transform]: If you enter this Transformation while possessing 0 stacks of Holding Back, enter the Superior State until the end of your next turn. This effect applies before the 6th effect of True Power Unleashed.
Superior Might: Your natural power is so great that none can stand before you.
-[Passive]: While you are in the Superior State, increase your Might by 1(T).
-[Passive]: For every 2 stacks of Focused Power you possess, increase your Greater Dice by 1 Dice Category.
-[Triggered/Start of Turn]: You can spend 1 Focused Power to enter the Superior State until the end of your turn.
-[Triggered, 1/Encounter]: If you would leave the Superior State, you can spend 2 Focused Power to instead remain in the Superior State until the end of your next turn.

The Truth of your Power: You become fully acclimated to unleashing your full innate strength.
-[Permanent]: All-Out Form loses a level of the Draining Aspect and gains a level of the High Speed Aspect.
-[Passive]: While you have 0 stacks of Holding Back and at least 1 stack of Focused Power, increase your Wound Rolls by 2(T).
-[Permanent]: All-Out Form may replace any Alternate Form for the Prerequisites of Legendary Forms.
-[Triggered, 1/Round, 2/Encounter]: If you would gain a stack of Focused Power, gain an additional stack of Focused Power.
-[Permanent]: All-Out Form loses a level of the Draining Aspect, gains a level of the High Speed Aspect, and replaces the Strainless Aspect with the Natural Aspect.
