Power isn’t Everything: You have given up on increasing your power to perfect and hone your technique.
-[Triggered/Start of Combat Encounter, Resource]: For each Character Perk you have converted into a Skill Improvement, gain a Skill Point.
-[Triggered/Power, 1/Encounter]: Regain all Skill Points you’ve spent during this Combat Encounter.
-[Passive]: For each Character Perk you have converted into Skill Improvements, treat your Attribute Scores as if they were 1 higher for any Prerequisites.
-[Passive]: For every 2 Skill Points you currently possess, increase your Combat Rolls, Saving Throws, and maximum number of Energy Charges you can apply to your Signature Techniques by 1.
