Precision Charge: As you take the time to build your power and patiently ensure the best shot, you build your energy, making the shot both accurate and deadly.
(1)-[Passive]: Ignore the reduction to your Strike Roll from Called Shot if that Attacking Maneuver has 3+ Energy Charges applied to it from the Energy Charge Maneuver.
(2)-[Triggered, 1/Round]: If you target a Character with a Called Shot, you can make a Skill Clash (Perception vs Bluff/Stealth/Perception) against that Character. If you win, increase the Strike Roll and Wound Roll for that Attacking Maneuver by 1(T) and 2(T) respectively.
(3)-[Triggered, 1/Round]: If you are targeted by an Attacking Maneuver, you can make a Skill Clash (Perception vs Bluff/Stealth/Perception) against the attacking Character. If you win, increase your Defense Value and Soak Value for the duration of that Attacking Maneuver against that Attacking Maneuver by 1(T) and 2(T) respectively.
(4)-[Triggered, 1/Encounter]: If you use an Attacking Maneuver that has gained 3+ Energy Charges from the Energy Charge Maneuver, you may use the Called Shot Modifier Maneuver on that Attacking Maneuver without paying the Action Cost. If you deal Damage with this Attacking Maneuver, gain a stack of Critical Eye.
