Developing S-Cells: Your Super Saiyan power is constantly growing and evolving, allowing you to tap into greater and greater potential.
-[Permanent]: This Transformation cannot be used in conjunction with any Transformation of the Super Saiyan Transformation Line. Additionally, while not in a Core Transformation, you can treat this Transformation as if it was a Transcendent Enhancement for your effects and for using other Enhancement Powers in conjunction with this Enhancement Power.
-[Automatic]: If you would use the Transformation Maneuver to enter a Transformation of the Super Saiyan Line, leave this Transformation immediately. You do not suffer from Stress Exhaustion as a result of leaving this Transformation this way.
-[Ruling]: The term ‘SSJ’ refers to the number of Transformations you possess that are a part of the Super Saiyan Transformation Line.
-[Automatic/Transform, Resource]: Gain SSJ stacks of Golden Light until you leave this Transformation.
-[Triggered]: If you have entered this Transformation through the Surging Strength rule, all Triggered effects of the Developing S-Cells Trait are triggered as if you spent a stack of Golden Light for the duration of that Maneuver.
-[Triggered]: If you make an Attacking Maneuver, you may spend a stack of Golden Light to apply your Tier of Power Extra Dice an additional time for the duration of that Attacking Maneuver. Additionally, increase your Wound Rolls for that Attacking Maneuver by SSJ(bT).
-[Triggered]: If you would be targeted by an Attacking Maneuver, you may spend a stack of Golden Light to apply your Tier of Power Extra Dice an additional time for the duration of that Attacking Maneuver. Additionally, increase your Defense Value and Soak Value by 1/2 of SSJ(bT) (rounded up) for the duration of that Maneuver.

If you do, and trigger Legend Realized, double the amount of Ki Points you regain through this instance of Legend Realized.
