Genetic splicing isn’t the only way to produce an artificial, biological organism, and you’re proof of that. Through tampering with the genetic code, rearranging the molecules of DNA, your creator produced something wholly new and entirely different; built for a singular purpose: combat.
- Racial Requirement: Bio-Android
- Transformation Type: Manifested Power
- Prerequisite(s): This Manifested Power can only be gained at Character Creation and you cannot have access to Genetic Power or Super Perfect Form.
- Maximum No of Stacks: 1
- Tier of Power Requirement. 1+

Unnecessary Genetics: Your creator discarded all superfluous genetic material as they sought true genetic perfection.
-[Passive]: You cannot gain access to Genetic Power or the Super Perfect Form Transformations.
-[Passive]: You gain these additional races for the second effect of Genetic Splicing:
- Bio-Android 1 [Passive]: Gain the Artificial Creation Secondary Racial Trait.
- Bio-Android 2 [Passive]: You must also select Bio-Android 1 to select this effect. Gain the Artificial Warrior Secondary Racial Trait.
- Bio-Android 3 [Passive]: You must also select Bio-Android 2 to select this effect. Gain the Artificial Monster Secondary Racial Trait.
Forged Power: Your artificial genetics allow you to exert far greater power than others are even capable of.
-[Passive]: While in a Transcendent Enhancement Power, increase your Max Capacity by 1/2.
-[Triggered, 1/Round]: If you would use an Attacking Maneuver while in a Transformation, spend 2(bT) Ki Points. If you do and that Attacking Maneuver inflicts Damage to an Opponent, inflict either the Shaken Combat Condition to that Opponent until the start of your next turn, or a stack of the Broken Combat Condition to that Opponent until the end of your next turn. If your Attacking Maneuver dealt Damage to multiple Opponents, you may decide which Combat Conditions are applied to each Opponent individually.
Genetic Splicing Secondary Racial Traits
Artificial Creation (Body): Your body is stronger and more resilient as a result of your artificial genetics.
-[Passive]: Increase your Racial Life Modifier by 1.
-[Triggered/Start of Combat Round]: Reduce your Ki Points by 2(bT) to increase your Wound Rolls by an equal amount until the end of the Combat Round.
-[Triggered/Start of Combat Encounter, Resource]: For each Racial Trait you possess with ‘Artificial’ in the name, gain 1 stack of Manufactured.
-[Triggered]: When using a Signature Technique, you may spend any number of Manufactured stacks to increase the Wound Roll of that Signature Technique by 3(bT) for each stack spent.
Artificial Warrior (Body): Thanks to your artificial genes, your body is faster and more durable.
-[Passive]: Increase your Soak Value by 1(bT).
-[Triggered]: When you trigger the second effect of Artificial Creation, spend 1(bT) Ki Points to also increase your Dodge Rolls by 1(bT) until the end of the Combat Round.
-[Triggered]: If you spend any number of Manufactured Stacks on a Signature Technique, you may increase the Strike Roll of that Signature Technique by 1(bT) for each stack spent.
Artificial Monster (Body): Due to artificial DNA, your body overflows with raw power, allowing you to hit your foes harder.
-[Passive]: Increase your Might by 1(bT).
-[Triggered]: When you trigger the second effect of Artificial Creation, spend 1(bT) Ki Points to also increase your Strike Rolls by 1(bT) until the end of the Combat Round.
-[Triggered]: When making an Attacking Maneuver that has at least 1 stack of Manufactured spent on it, that Attacking Maneuver gains a Large AoE (you decide which). If the Attacking Maneuver already has an AoE, increase the Magnitude by 2. If the Magnitude could not get any larger, then for each Magnitude this effect would have increased it beyond its limit, increasing the Wound Roll of this Attacking Maneuver by 1(bT).
-[Triggered]: If you spend any number of Manufactured Stacks on a Signature Technique, you may apply the following effects depending on the number of Manufactured stacks you applied:
- 1+: That Attacking Maneuver has its Damage Category increased by 1.
- 2+: That Attacking Maneuver’s Damage Category cannot be reduced below Direct.
- 3+: That Attacking Maneuver gains 3 Energy Charges which do not count towards your maximum.
