Pure Resolve

Through sheer willpower and determination, you have eschewed transforming your body altogether, relying on skill and martial prowess to carry you through combat. What you lack in raw power, you make up for with cunning, and you have learned how to strengthen your combat abilities with only the ki in your body and the skill you have deftly honed.

No Shortcuts. Each time you gain a stack of Pure Resolve, you may increase any two of your Attribute Modifier Bonuses (AG/FO/TE/IN/SP) from this Manifested Power by +1. 

You cannot enter an Alternate Form or Legendary Form for any reason and you cannot gain this Manifested Power while you are currently in an Alternate Form or Legendary Form. While you are in an Enhancement Power, increase the Attribute Modifier Bonuses (AG/FO/TE/IN/SP) of that Enhancement Power by the Attribute Modifier Bonuses (AG/FO/TE/IN/SP) of this Manifested Power. This effect does not stack.

If this character is a Fusion, ignore the effects of No Shortcuts (any additions made to the Attribute Modifier Bonus of this Manifested Power through the first effect of No Shortcuts are retained).

Maximum Effort. When using an Ultimate Signature Technique, you may treat your Tier of Power as if it was equal to the highest current Tier of Power in the Combat Encounter for the Combat Rolls of that Attacking Maneuver.

For each Health Threshold you are below, increase the amount of Life and Ki Points regained through Surge Maneuvers by +2(T).
