There comes a time when you’re backed into a corner – where not even your strongest transformation can win you the battle. In those times you can always draw upon the risky, but effective, strategy for forcing your power to its absolute maximum. Be careful though, as if you don’t end the fight soon, you’ll find that your energy will vanish in no time!
Pushing the Limits. Upon entering this Transformation, increase your Capacity Rate by 1/2 of its total for the next 3 Combat Rounds, immediately activate a Power Surge Maneuver even if you have already this Combat Encounter and gain Superiority on all Combat Rolls until the end of your next turn.
Once per Combat Encounter, when you are knocked through a Health Threshold, you may add the Bulky Form Aspect to this Transformation and reduce your Agility Modifier Bonus from this Transformation by -1(T) to increase your Force Modifier Bonus by +2(T). This can cause your Agility Modifier Bonus to become a larger penalty than the maximum penalty in Tremendous Drain.
Tremendous Drain. Increase the Ki Point Cost of all Maneuvers by +1(T). Additionally, at the end of the second Combat Round after you enter this Transformation and the end of every subsequent Combat Round, reduce your Attribute Modifier Bonus (FO/AG) by -1(T). This can cause your Attribute Modifier Bonuses to become a negative, up to an Attribute Modifier Bonus (FO/AG) of -2(T).
While you are using this Transformation in conjunction with another Transformation, the Draining Aspect does not choose the higher of the Transformations’ Tier of Power Requirements to calculate how many Ki Points you lose, but instead adds together both Tier of Power Requirements and uses that new sum. For example, when using Forced Maximum with Super Saiyan 3, the Tier of Power used for Draining will be Tier of Power 5.
